Jon’s commitment to from-scratch cooking is the key ingredient he believes was missing from the Seabrook dining scene, and it’s what sets Tostimo’s apart from your typical "house of pizza."

“I’m thrilled to be part of the Seabrook community again,” says Jon. “I bought my first property here after graduating from Johnson & Wales and spent over a decade building restaurants in the area while falling in love with the New Hampshire Seacoast. Seabrook truly has a special sense of community, and we’re proud to serve such amazing people.”

Jon runs Tostimo’s alongside his wife, Arielle, who brings a powerhouse background in marketing—having worked across industries like retail and life sciences in roles spanning packaging, business development, and project management. Now, she keeps the engine running at Tostimo’s: managing daily operations, keeping the team on track, running the social media, and leading community outreach.

The two met on Match.com and bonded over a shared love of food—which remains at the heart of everything they do. As lifelong foodies, building a restaurant together wasn’t just a business decision, it was a natural extension of who they are.

A big part of Tostimo’s culture is giving back and lifting others up. As a small, family-owned business, supporting the local community and fellow small businesses isn’t just something they say—it’s something they live. That’s why they partner with small vendors and highlight local makers whenever possible, from the breweries they feature in their craft beer selection to the purveyors they choose for their kitchen.

They’re occasionally joined by their two junior "assistants," Raegan and Mason. If you see the whole crew in the restaurant, stop and say hello—they’re always happy to connect with the community that’s helped make Tostimo’s what it is.
